HRIS Reporting Analyst

International top-tier law firm seeks HRIS Reporting Analyst to join its dynamic HR team in Los Angeles.

HRIS Reporting Analyst should be experienced (at least 2-3 years) in statistical reporting, personnel data and metrics analysis, report design and method development, trend analysis, audits, and process improvements.

Analyst will work closely with the firm’s business units.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, SQL, PeopleSoft, HR onboarding and recruiting/ATS systems, HRMS, and database reporting tools is needed.

Qualified candidates will have a strong background in HRIS reporting in a large law firm or professional services company.

A college degree in HR, mathematics, statistics, or related area of study preferred.

Salary range is $93-102k depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
