Associate Attorney, Litigation

Redmond Law PLLC is a full-service commercial law firm focused on serving our clients, providing an excellent work product and maintaining a collegial working environment for our staff. The White Plains, New York office is seeking to add an Associate to its Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, have strong professional judgment, be a problem solver and have a strong work ethic.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

JD degree required with New York Bar Admission

Minimum of 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience

Research and drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, document review

Construction Contract review and drafting

Conducting commercial depositions, court appearances for motions and conferences

Trial experience a plus

Interact with clients and opposing counsel

Excellent legal research, sophisticated writing ability and strong verbal communication are essential

Proactive, resourceful and ability to work supervised and independently

License/Certification: NYS Bar
