HR Manager

100-130k + target bonus

Full time onsite

Randolf, New Jersey

Reports into the CEO.

Collaborate with the CFO.

Position Overview: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company HR strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting positions on numerous job boards, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Handle all benefits and compensation.

Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.

Nurture a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees.

Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as an HR Manager within a manufacturing company

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus

Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analytics

In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
