LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their team in Vernon Hills, IL. This role requires strong leadership skills, bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, and a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. Manufacturing experience and union experience are highly desirable, as is proficiency with ADP or Paylocity HRIS. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with front-line leaders to align HR strategies with business initiatives and drive organizational success.

Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including job design, recruitment, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management.

Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, offering guidance and solutions to promote a positive work environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support the company's goals and values.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in HR processes.

Act as a liaison between management and employees, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution as needed.

Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication, recognition programs, and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

PHR/SHRM certification preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.

5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles overseeing HR functions.

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing HR teams.

Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Manufacturing experience and union experience are a plus.

Experience with ADP or Paylocity HRIS is preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
