Our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) offer compassionate care five days a week, designed to provide a holistic approach to treatment. We recognize that every individual is unique, which is why we tailor our therapy sessions to meet each client's specific needs. We specialize in treating a wide range of mental health disorders, including:

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides compassionate care three days a week, offering the same holistic focus on group therapy and individualized therapy as our PHP. This program is designed to accommodate individuals who may not require the intensity of a PHP but still need structured support for their mental health. We continue to address various mental health disorders in this program, including:

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Therapist located in Atlanta, GA. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing mental health services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The Mental Health Therapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals and develop treatment plans that align with patients' goals and needs.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Active Licenses as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT in the state of Georgia.

2 plus years' experience as a Licensed LPC, LSCW, or LMFT.

Prior experience in Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program (preferred but not required)

Experience and knowledge in therapeutic techniques, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
