Motorcoach Bus Driver Benefits:

Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Built-in Gratuities and the potential for Cash Tips

Guaranteed weekly pay for your first 6 months

Signing Bonus up to $2,500 for qualified candidates

$500 Referral Bonus

$75 Per Diem for overnight trips

$10 incentive pay for trips starting between midnight and 4am

Paid Time Off (up to 80 hours per year)

Flexible schedule that you design

Home every night (opportunities for overnight trips if desired)

Top candidates for the Motorcoach Bus Driver position will:

Be at least 25 years of age with two years of professional driving,

Have a clean driving record,

Pass a background screen and pre-employment drug test,

Have excellent customer service skills,

Be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends,

Be able to work with state-of-the-art apps and technology,

Demonstrate the ability to drive safely under pressure and in adverse traffic/weather conditions,

Be comfortable driving different types of vehicles including luxury sedans, large SUVs, vans, Mini Coaches, Executive Coaches, and Motor Coaches.
