We are currently looking for licensed agents that are: personable, diligent, articulate, coachable, disciplined, self-motivated, and driven.
This is not a multi-level marketing insurance agency. Your income will not rely on recruiting and training others. You will only be responsible for yourself. This position is designed for agents who want to utilize their license in the most efficient way possible by selling annuities and term depositories. You will be responsible for selling, closing, and managing high ticket accounts through investing and annuities.
You will be scheduling, consulting, and closing your clients on the phone, over zoom, and/or in person.
Working at the office is mandatory. Most necessary equipment will be provided for you, though, you must have your own transportation and smart phone. We are seeking exceptional individuals to close our extremely high-quality leads that will be provided to you free of charge once you have completed training and undergone a final assessment.
As a closer, you will be nurturing your pipeline daily while creating individual looms and customized investment strategies for your potential clients who will be more than a one call close.
Responsibilities
Must be on time everyday
Identify and develop new opportunities
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
Keep organized and thorough notes on everyone in your pipeline
Seek out and participate in networking events and opportunities
Create and track daily/weekly/monthly goals
Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Adapt to innovative product offerings
Hold zoom meetings, create looms, and stay on top of emails
Respond to clients in a timely fashion
Create a weekly status report on potential clientsQualifications
2-14 or 2-15 Insurance license
Series 65 preferred but not mandatory
Valid driver's license
Strong sales, negotiation and rebuttal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
Strong computer and technology skills
Ability to break down and explain intricate topics to clients
