KO Business Solutions is a family-owned staffing and consulting agency in the Chicagoland area that supports the hiring needs of companies across the country. Our valued partner is a manufacturer and direct-to consumer retailer in the emblem and insignia market looking to add a new Customer Service Representative to their Team!

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-time

Pay rate: $19-$22/hr

Our client specializes in the custom design and manufacturing of emblematic jewelry specific to their clients’ needs, and as a Customer Service Representative, you will provide product pricing, walk through the customer’s options, and collaborate with the design team to get the perfect design into their hands. You will get to see your work turn into tangible products!

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and quote requests.

Determine production processes that best fit your clients’ needs.

Collaborate with the art and design department on your clients’ projects.

Maintain meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.

Track and verify the status of order production.

Verify customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed established goals with measurable statistics.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of Customer Service, Sales, or Manufacturing Sales Rep experience

Proficiency in Office 365 and related applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong interpersonal communication skills; typical or working with a wide array of customers

Strong organization skills

Ability to work in a small office environment; enjoy working closely with others.
