The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting KGH’s HR department in the functional areas including, but not limited to: full cycle recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, employee engagement, accommodations, leave of absences, and exit interviews
Responsibilities:
May directly and/or indirectly supervise other HR team members
Support all aspects of transactional HR functions including but not limited to:
Onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, HRIS management, credentialing, clinical training certifications, anniversary and promotion shout outs, injury reporting
Oversee and carry out benefit administration, acting as the primary contact for benefits
Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing staff events and activities
Provide support and coaching with managers and employees with employee relations matters such as performance, corrective action, and investigations
Manage staff accommodations and leave of absences
Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate offers
Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic recruiting initiatives to increase candidate pipeline and employee retention
Develop and maintain partnerships with potential candidate pipelines, such as colleges and universities
Attend career fairs and other community outreach eventsRequired SkillsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field required
4-5 years of human resources experience required
2-3 years of recruiting experience required
SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferredWhat is in it for you?!:
