Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an attorney with 3 to 6 years of trusts and estates experience. This role may be filled in our client's Miami, Orlando or the Naples office. Complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation experience is required. International estate planning experience is considered a plus. LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is required. Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
