Are you an experienced and licensed insurance professional with Allstate Insurance experience, but feel stagnant in your current role? We put our customers first and our customers choose to stay with us year after year! I'm looking for licensed Service Professional that can assist us in our continued growth trajectory. In this position you can expect a salary of 45k with monthly and annual commission opportunities allowing you to reach or exceed 70k annually. In this role you will work 38 hours, but be paid for 40 on a weekly basis!

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Handle incoming claim calls from customers.

Document each customer contact in eAgent.

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Prior and/or current Allstate customer service experience.

Career minded vision.

Must be well versed in Eagent and Allstate systems

Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
