* Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.

* Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams.

* Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles and techniques, and familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

* Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.

* Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.

* Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record * Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Physical Demands: * Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.

* Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs.

and up) on a daily basis.

* Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.

* Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
