We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to enhance the user experience of our trading products, portals, and related digital products. In this role, you will help support the existing design lead and team as well as collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be a critical part of our mission to deliver exceptional trading experiences.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

User-Centric Design: Apply user-centric design principles to create interfaces that are efficient, visually appealing, and easy to use for traders and investors.

Design System: Use, develop and help maintain our growing design system and component library that ensures consistency and a seamless user experience across all trading products.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to bring designs to life and ensure they align with business goals.

Responsive Design: Design for a variety of devices, including web, mobile, and tablet, and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.

Accessibility: Ensure that designs are accessible and inclusive to all users, adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines.

Are you the one?

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools - Figma is a must.

Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, usability, and accessibility.

Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of trading or financial services is a plus, but not required.

Minimum 8 years of experience as a UX Designer.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Design, HCI, or a similar discipline).
