As a physician assistant and officer on the U.S. Army health care team, you'll be entrusted with a level of responsibility not found in most health care settings. Health Professions Loan Repayment of up to $120,000 over three years; may be applied toward qualified education loans

Requirements include:

Bachelor's degree, plus completion of an accredited physician assistant program acceptable to the Army Surgeon General

Certification by the National Commission for Certified Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Eligibility for board certification

Between 21 and 42 years of age (may request a waiver)

U.S. citizenship

Students graduating within six months, with a qualifying degree from a U.S.-accredited school, may apply for Active Army service
