Position: Client Service Associate
Job Summary
The focus of the Client Service Associate is to provide administrative support to Boston Trust Walden's Wealth & Investment Management team and the firm's clients. In this role, you will be a member of the client service team and interface with client service managers, account administrators, portfolio managers, as well as executives in marketing, business development, operations, and risk management. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Support Client Service Managers, Account Administrators and the Fiduciary Services Manager in providing responsive, diligent, and excellent client service
Assist with the processing of client requests for distributions, asset transfers, opening and closing of accounts, charitable gifts, and system administration
Work with other departments, e.g., Operations, Tax, Compliance, and Trading, to help resolve client issues
Coordinate the preparation of trust and investment committee meeting materials and the resulting meeting minutes
Maintain electronic files and process any incoming or outgoing documents (e.g., checks, trust instruments, insurance policies, tax documents)
Analyze current processes and procedures, providing suggestions and using technical skills to add efficiencies and improve the client experience
Assist with the monitoring of client cash flow needs
Coordinate on-site client meetings including the ordering of meals and reserving meeting rooms
Ad hoc projects in support of the firm's strategic objectives
Qualifications
Length/Tenure: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the financial services industry
Experience working both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the investment management industry and financial products
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
BS/BA or equivalent proven experience

This is a full-time position based in Boston, MA. Boston Trust Walden is currently operating in a hybrid manner with a mix of in-office and remote work. This position requires on-site attendance of at least three days per week.
