PRIMARY PURPOSE:

It is the primary responsibility of the Cage Cashier to process monetary transactions and exchanges with guests.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Perform frontline entry level transactions, chip bank transactions, poker transactions, cage credit transactions and employee bank/window transactions

Perform functions in a marker/IOU bank as well as High Limit cage; may also service patron Kiosk/TRU units and employee Recycler/JetSafe units

Cash all types of checks for patrons; redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in/ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for patrons

Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts

Secure and document all recordable transactions made with company assets

Complete electronic multiple transaction logs accurately, complete transaction logs manually, when necessary

IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

One (1) year of high-volume cash handling experience, such as casino cage, banking, teller or similar transaction

Customer service experience

Knowledge of 10-key preferred
