Qualifications and Requirements:
Post-Basic Diploma in Critical Care Nursing
Additional qualifications in Nursing Management and Administration
Minimum of 3 years' management experience within the private healthcare sector
Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as registered nurse

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
Manage budgetary and resource allocation for the unit, optimizing efficiency while maintaining high standards of care
