CNM2 - Interventional Radiology - South Dublin

Clarity Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced CNM2 - Interventional Radiology for a position in a hospital based in Dublin

The ideal candidate must be/have:

Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI PIN (essential)

Have 3 years post registration experience in an acute setting (essential)

Have a recognised qualification or experience within the speciality (essential)

It is desirable that the candidate has:

Has a minimum of 1 year’s management experience

Has completed a management training programme

Has evidence of commitment to professional development.

Has an ability to deal with staff at all levels within the organisation

Has the ability to analyse, report on and effect change in nursing practice.

Has a sound knowledge of procedures and protocols in operational matters.

Has the ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities and forward plan for service developments.

Has a working knowledge of risk management, clinical audit and Human Resource Practices.
