***This is a hybrid role on-site in Hoffman Estates, IL***

Purpose of Role: The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is the lead financial analyst supporting the FP&A team and managing the P&L. They will partner with all departments throughout the business to provide guidance, reporting, and analytics to understand results and support key decision-making initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare period end results, preparation of forecasts, Annual Plan, along with financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

Assist with preparation of various monthly and quarterly deck presentations.

Build strong relationships across the departments and provide support for key business deliverables and decisions (e.g., forecasting, budgeting, post-close analysis, etc.)

Automate manual tasks, reporting, collaboration techniques to increase productivity and accuracy.

Support the Accounting department during month and quarter end close to ensure financial data accuracy.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study; MBA preferred.

3-5 years of professional FP&A experience in a retail, CPG, or similar industry organization.

Demonstrated experience managing financial models.

Advanced Excel skills required, proficient with Microsoft Office product suite including Microsoft Teams, and Essabse.

Advanced analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret data, communicate findings, and propose recommendations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to balance competing priorities and secure resolution through interdepartmental collaboration.

Strong business acumen; retail store experience a plus.

Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Aptitude to influence colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

Proven ability to balance strategy and business objectives with challenging guest experience requirements.
