Commercial Insurance Outside Producer

The Frick- Ketrow Insurance Agency is growing, and ready to add a new Sales Producer to our team.

This position can work out of any of our locations highlighted (Indiana, Homer City, Tyrone, Duncansville, or Roaring Spring). In addition, the Frick- Ketrow Agency provides strong training and education, in addition to assisting with the cost of licensure.

Compensation: Base of $50,000- $80,000 plus bonuses Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Mostly out of office, but some in office as well.

Job Arrangement: Full-Time, 8:30- 5:00 are office hours, but the Outside Producer has flexible hours

License: PA Property & Casualty License or willing to get your P&C License. A property & Casualty License is a plus, we will assist the right candidate in getting licensed.

People with Banking, Insurance, Claims, Loans, Sales Experience, and Title Processing background transition well to the role.

Some essential responsibilities:

· Call on new and current customers to customize insurance plans.

· Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies in our industry.

· Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance policies.

· Advise and counsel customers on coverage options and helps them understand their insurance decisions.

· Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers offering a variety of risks.

· Provide quotes, premiums, and compare rates.
