We are seeking a passionate Culinary leader to drive our mission, our vision and our flourishing culture to join the Red Letter Hospitality team. This position will help lead culinary operations and execution in any of our restaurants: Cork 1794, Molly Brannigan's and The.Skunk & Goat Tavern. This role will be the right hand to the Executive Chef, a high amount of creativity and strength in leadership is needed. art?
Qualifications:
Strong passion for culinary excellence
Resilient in stressful situations and always able to handle last minute requests
More than 2 years as a chef or culinary management role
Experience in at least $2.5M annual sales volume
Have a basic knowledge and understanding of financial aspects of business operations
Are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching and driving excellence
Manage multiple vendor relationships
High level customer service
Full-time hourly position with flexible availability
Manager level certification (preferred)
