Job Description:

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in easing their stress during challenging times. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks, including customer calls, job management, scheduling, and customer satisfaction initiatives. In addition to daily office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing, and report creation, you'll have the chance to earn incentives and bonuses based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage job file coordination tasks, including customer calls, project manager communications, and audits of jobs.

Support the creation and delivery of estimates and maintain job file backups.

Stay updated on insurance carrier specifications and preferences.

Monitor and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Review and validate initial field documentation.

Contribute to and edit project statuses

Coordinate daily job file activities, prepare reports, perform backups, and complete audit processes.

Maintain effective internal and external communications.

Complete and review job file documentation

Perform job close-out tasks.Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative or office-related experience in restoration or insurance/service industry is ideal

Experience in job file processes & and quality assurance is a plus.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consistently courteous and professional tone.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.

Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Willingness to learn new software

Minimum HSD/GED; Associates/bachelors degree preferred.

Successful completion of a background check as per applicable law.
