As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, and Programme Management domains, your core focus will be on:

Expanding a well-defined market sector, primarily focusing on engaging with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, Programme Managers, and related professionals.

Conducting B2B engagements, both over calls and emails, to cultivate new business relationships and nurture existing ones.

Establishing a robust network by adding genuine value to the careers of professionals within your domain, thereby building a reputable brand for yourself.

Collaborating seamlessly with your Technology team counterparts and broader organizational units to penetrate new accounts and broaden our client base.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or a B2B sales environment.
