INSIDE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE’S JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Inside Sales Team in maintaining and increasing sales of fuel systems parts and equipment opportunities pipeline
Assist in answering sales calls/emails, addressing and resolving customer questions, and recommending the best parts and equipment to support their needs
Support the Inside Sales Team in quoting complex fueling systems parts and equipment (tank gauges, tanks, UST, dispensers, suction pumps, fuel management, etc.)
Prepare estimates and deliver quotations and proposals to customers and follow up to close deals in a timely manner
Work with manufacturers to acquire pricing for estimates
Process and provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain sales-related databases and provide data and guidance to the Inside Sales Team
Maintain accurate and detailed customer accounts
Build and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate with operations personnel regarding updated parts and equipment and parts and equipment availability
Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager
INSIDE SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE’S SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years minimum experience working in a professional sales-oriented environment
Proven experience in sales and business management, knowledge of the sales cycle, sales reporting, estimating, and how to close deals in a professional manner
Sales experience with fueling systems parts and equipment; fuel dispensers; fuel hoses; fuel nozzles; fuel pumps; fuel tank gauges & alarms; fuel valves & fittings; fuel monitoring system; tank & line monitoring system; meter calibration; various other types of equipment in fueling facility preferred
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills — verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Good time management skills
Critical thinker, problem-solver, and attention to detail
Good memory skill
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient computer skills including MS Office
