We come from a variety of walks of life and can be found either in Atlanta or in NYC. We are backed by the investment arm of one of America's largest furniture retailers, although we are independent.

Brand Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Designer with a background in both illustration and animation, coupled with expertise in brand development. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and cohesive brand experiences across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating strategic, conceptual, on-brand designs and look for ways to push our newly launched visual branding further.

Responsibilities

Create assets for various marketing channels (web, product, email, OOH, social, environmental) across mediums (print, digital, motion/video, environments and apparel)

Develop captivating and original illustrations that align with the brand's visual identity and messaging

Create dynamic animations to enhance user engagement and convey brand stories effectively

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all design elements

Translate brand guidelines into visually appealing and innovative digital assets

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques into projects

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate overall design quality

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Brand Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing illustration and animation skills

Proficient in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, etc.).

Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to integrate them into design work.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
