Inhome Advantage is now hiring CNA's for private duty assignments to take care of seniors in Baltimore County who want to stay in their own home but need some assistance in order to do so safely. 1) A lady in Towson, age 75, has Parkinson's and Lewe Bodies dementia requires assistance bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, companionship and minimal food prep. Very sweet temperament. Lives with loving husband who is her primary caregiver. Inhome Advantage does service for this client 8am-8pm, 7 days a week, including holidays. Inhome Advantage is looking a caregiver for a regular schedule.

2) A lady in Randallstown, age 94, has Arthritis. Heart issues, High BP, Recurring issues with Fluid on lungs. She is currently being weaned off of O2 and requires a No or low sodium diet. She requires assistance with bathing monitoring, dressing, meal prep, PT exercised and light housekeeping. Inhome Advantage provides services Monday and Wednesday 2:30-6:30pm. She is a fall risk and Inhome Advantage is looking for a caregiver who is familiar with diabetic meal prep and is willing to assist with exercises so she can regain her strength and stay in her own home.

3) A lady in Reisterstown, age 90, has diabetes, narcolepsy and severe leg cramps, requires supervision for bathing, toileting and dressing. She also requires assistance with transfers, meal prep and companionship. She is very easy to work with. Inhome Advantage is looking for shift coverage on the weekends 10am-4pm.

4) A lady in Parkville, age 89 with dementia requires assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, and light housework. She lives in an independent apartment with her husband who is her primary caregiver. She needs assistance on Mondays and Fridays from 1:30-3:30. She is sedentary and does not want to do much.

5) A lady in Parkville, age 79, who is bedbound and requires assistance with bathing, and companionship. She lives in independent living with her husband who is her primary caregiver. She has a very sweet disposition but is difficult to understand due to aphasia. She is diabetic and requires the caregiver to be able to help with bathing, dressing, light snack or meal prep, housekeeping and laundry. We are looking for a caregiver for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am-1pm.
