We are looking for a SECURITY CONTROL ASSESSOR / SECURITY ARCHITECT supporting the TRMC for a full-time position in Alexandria, VA.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Deputy EA for DoD Cyber Test Ranges in the execution of TRMC CIO-related tasks.
Oversee Test IT Infrastructure to reduce redundancy and manage operational costs.
Scope all IT Infrastructure for the command and assist the CIO in developing an IT strategy.
Review all systems to ensure IT infrastructure meets FISMA requirements and is aligned with the TRMC IT Strategy.
Oversee all Cross Domain Services and Multi-Level Security Requirements in coordination with TRMC Cybersecurity.
Assess and validate RMF packages, including ATOs and IATTs, applicable to the systems, sites, and/or networks in support of cyber test events.
Supports administers and daily operational requirements of computer network systems supporting the National Cyber Range Complex in support of cyber test events.
Support TRMC's development of a Zero Trust Implementation Plan
SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum of a master's degree with 5 (five) to 10 (ten) years' work-related experience in a relevant technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Extensive experience in network security, ATO, and IATT development and approval process
In-depth knowledge of IT, IA, DoD Accreditation processes and cyber security strategies
Expert knowledge of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Risk Management Framework
Senior-level technical expertise with specialized experience in cybersecurity and interoperability for complex hardware, software, automated information systems, and distributed T&E.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity Concepts; Architecture Principles (DoDAF); Security of Networks, Applications, and Data; and Security Implications and Adoption of Evolving Cyber Technology.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multi-service environment.
TS/SCI Clearance Required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Starting at $150,000 and commensurate to education, experience and skills.
