Pay Rate: Up to $35.00/hour + Spiffs and Annual Bonuses, our top Techs are earning over six figures!

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Experience making repair and replacement decisions

Advanced customer service skills

Acquire NATE certification within 6 months of employment

Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

Must possess valid driver's license and insurable driving record
