Job Description

GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK AT AN OCEANFRONT CONDO!

Hiring unarmed security officers tasked with securing the premises & personnel by staying on patrol, monitoring surveillance equipment, performing building inspections, guarding entry points, verifying visitors and using proxy device at checkpoints.

Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries

Cover front desk and use proxy device to secure entry points

Observe and report suspicious activities

Deliver packages to foyer and newspapers in the early morning

Effectively use a 2-way radio for communications

Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors

Respond to alarms or security system alerts

Must look professional and display a positive attitude

Pay Rate: Up to $17 DOE

Schedule: Mon-Sun 9pm-7am
