Cognizant has a growing SCM Practice and we would like for you to be part of it..We are seeking a Technology Architect with a focus on Manhattan Integration Framework and WMS to join our team as a Manager - Projects. With 8 to 11 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Manhattan systems to enhance our retail operations. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and innovation in our supply chain solutions.

.Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the integration and implementation of Manhattan WMOS to streamline warehouse operations and improve inventory management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design and architect solutions using Manhattan Integration Framework to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Manhattan WMS capabilities to optimize supply chain processes.

- Conduct system analysis troubleshooting and provide technical support to ensure operational efficiency.

- Stay abreast of the latest Manhattan WMS features and technologies to recommend upgrades and enhancements.

- Facilitate training sessions for users and stakeholders on Manhattan system functionalities and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities.

- Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful implementation within scope.

- Document system configurations changes and enhancements for future reference and compliance.

-Qualifications

- Proven experience in Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Integration Framework is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse management systems.

- Experience in Unix Manhattan PkMS Java Oracle 12G and Manhattan SCALE is highly desirable.

- Knowledge in New Product Development-Retail domain will be an added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving analytical and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and developments.

Certification(s) Required

CERTIFIED IN MANHATTAN WMOS OR SIMILAR WMS TECHNOLOGY.
