Family Personal Assistant

Private family living in Tewksbury, New Jersey looking to hire a Full Time Family Assistant to help mom! This position can start next month- or as late as August- depending on your availability.

The Ideal Candidate: This individual must be ok working along side mom since she stays home and will be tag teaming with you. This person is someone who cares for the home they work in as if it were their own. A self starter who sees a child spilled something and they wipe it up. After preparing/eating a meal, tidies up the kitchen.Has the children clean up after themselves. Someone who is patient with the children but also helps them continue being independent. Different days and times of the day will require different tasks to be completed so flexibility is key. Tasks will include, nannying, laundry, organization, driving children, grocery shopping, helping with dinner, homework, tidying up, etc.

What Works Best for Family: Easy going. Adapts to change easily. VERY clean and organized. Patient with kids -one child with ADHD. Organized with time.

Children: 11 year old boy .10 year old girl and 7 year old girl and the baby 1 year old girl

Current Staff: Cleaning lady comes 1x per week to do deep clean

Position Responsibilities

Childcare: 4 Children, Ages 11, 10, 7, 1

Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required

Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner,Family Meals

Laundry: Family Laundry

Errands: 2/3 times a wk Grocery Shopping

Driving: Required

Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

Work Hours: 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM Monday-Friday

Languages: English

Experience: Years of Experience

References: Minimum of 2 References

Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Position Compensation

Salary: $30-$40 per hour DOE and skillset

Living Accommodations: Live Out

Vacation: 2 weeks
