The Nursing Assistant (NA) (CNA) or (RA)provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse. The NA is responsible for providing strong customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated

Assist residents in dining

Provide homemaking tasks

Respond to and report changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care

Complete thorough daily charting

Qualifications:

High-school diploma or equivalent preferred

One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred

Located right across the street from the Eden Prairie Center. Close to shopping, dining, pharmacy, and walking paths.
