One Vision is seeking to hire a Full Time - Host Home Services Manager - Clear Lake, Iowa - Responsible for the management and direction of the Host Home Services Program for individuals with intellectual and development disabilities. Responsible for the utilization of, training of, and supervision of independent contractors and employees within assigned team.

Job description:

Responsible for development of all program documents, plan design, budget, administration and drafting of contracts, research and implement best in class practices, budget, marketing, compliance, and evaluation of program outcomes.

Manage, design, and develop the budget and program annual growth plan to increase the number of people served in the host home program.

Promotes the health, safety, and welfare of persons served within assigned team. Also ensures independent contractors have the information, support and training required to promote the health, safety and welfare of the persons supported in their host home. Will conduct internal and assist with fact finding and investigations within the assigned team.

Directs the recruitment and onboarding activity of the host home independent contractors. Oversees, monitors, designs, and participates in the orientation and ongoing training of independent contractors and employees within assigned team. Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the persons Will maintain separate processes for training, background checks, assessments of the home and payroll for all host home independent contractors.

Ensure services meet or exceed professional, national accreditation, Iowa Administrative Code rules, and certification requirements.

Job requirements:

BA in Human Services field preferred or equivalent education and experience in human services field.

Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required. Prefer HCBS and/or Host Home supervisory experience.

Must possess three years of progressively responsible verifiable experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Must be able to work on-call and appropriately respond to behavioral problems, crises, emergencies, and implement Mandt procedures per agency policy.

Must possess functional hearing capabilities to support and respond to persons served and employees.

This is a safety sensitive role.
