Join our client, a hyper-growth Data Privacy/Security startup led by a visionary leader and 3x times repeat founder. Their Data Privacy Governance Platform utilizes patented AI technology to revolutionize and protect customer data, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws for dozens of Fortune 100 organizations and the world's leading companies. Unified consent and preference management APIs enable seamless management across multiple channels.

We're seeking a seasoned VP of Sales to lead a newly opened office in Falls Church, VA.

Office location: Falls Church, VA (Hybrid 3 days per week)

Reporting to: Founder/CEO

Product or service: Data Privacy Governance Platform, Data Security and Protection, Consent Management, GDPR, CCPA, Compliance

Target market: Fortune 100, Mid-Market and Large Enterprises

Average deal size: $200,000 ARR

Average sales cycle: 4 months

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of senior sales management experience

Proven successful track record in Enterprise sales (Fortune 100)

Experience scaling Enterprise SaaS startups to $10M+ ARR

Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officers

Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 days per week

Results-driven, strategic, ownership mentality

Values honesty and transparency

Presentable

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of VP of Sales experience in startups

Proven successful track record of scaling Enterprise SaaS startups to $30M-$50M ARR

Data Security, Data Privacy Governance sales background

Level 1 - 45-min virtual Interview with the Founder/CEO (General fit)

Level 2 - 30-60-90 Days Presentation. Q&A with the Founder/CEO (Skills assessment)

Level 3 - 60-min interview at the Falls Church office with the Founder/CEO (Final)

Level 4 - Team meeting at the HQ office (Meet and greet)
