Summary

The Warranty Department is looking for individuals to help work in our Technical Warehouse, Bullfrog's technical team is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for individuals to help keep up with demand, individuals that are highly motivated and ready to learn a new trade. Experience with power, circuit boards, plumbing, any other hot tub related skills preferred, but not necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate a forklift

Follow written instructions

Operation of general hand tools

Clean interior and exterior of spas

Install aftermarket accessories

All spas must have the proper paper work filled out to ensure quality

Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell

Pull and load show spas and POS material

Minor trailer maintenance

Assist Warranty team when needed

Assist Sales team when needed

Spa repair both major and minor

Work with local delivery team when needed

General house keeping

Data entry

Qualifications

Language skills

Ability to read, analyze, interpret common customer information, service manuals, etc. Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers.

Physical Demands

Individuals must be able to lift 50lbs, push or pull up to 50lbs without complications. Pass a forklift operations program.
