We are seeking highly motivated self-starters to fill our open Sales Representative position. Put your mind to the test while developing top-notch competitive insurance proposals and learn new skills to build your ongoing networking relationships, because more business means more money!
Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive attitude and interpersonal skills while generating new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
Independently close on multi-line insurance policies
Meet new monthly business production goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance policies trends in the competitive market.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills
A valid driver's license
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous sales experience is preferred
Required license or certification:
Personal Insurance License (must be able to obtain)
Commercial Insurance License (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health Insurance License (must be able to obtain)
We can help you get licensed; all 4 lines while be required to be obtained in the 90 day probationary period.
Benefits (after 90 day probationary period):
$200/month paid stipend for health coverage
