In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

Document each customer contact in eAgent.

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.

Take premium payments from customers.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Great Customer Service Skills.
