Agent in Training - Farmers Insurance

Job Description

We are actively looking for participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office located at Greenwood Village, CO. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program.

Salary and Work Hours

The total yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.

Commission

Responsibilities

Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and secure sales

Actively participate in community events

Build networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.

Foster client relationships

Utilize lead management systems

Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior sales experience is a plus but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and open to coaching

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Desire for personal and professional growth

Must possess valid insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them
