I.T Specialist Intern

This position is a full-time intern position located in Herndon, VA.

Job Duties:

Collect and undertake IT requirements. Organize development, implementation, and acceptance;

Provide support to solve IT system issues; handle IT support tickets; manage IT systems and accounts;

Plan, approve, and procure equipment services for sporadic procurement projects;

Execute computer and related equipment distribution, recovery, maintenance, and other management work;

Responsible for the daily maintenance of office networks to ensure stable and secure operation;

Continuously optimize office networks and office software;

Other tasks assigned by the department.

Minimum Requirments:

Bachelor's degree in IT-related field

Knowledge of transmission, IP, and related network knowledge

Familiar with company information systems and network structure

Project management experience

Good communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin, Spanish is a plus.
