Family Practice Physician (Accepting New Grads)

Salary: $300k-$350k/year

Schedule: M-F

Job Description:

Play a vital role in our primary care program, providing comprehensive medical services to patients.

Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in accordance with national standards of care.

Uphold our mission and values, ensuring equal treatment for all and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Collaborate with health center management, demonstrate good judgment, and foster a culture of service excellence and accountability.

Perform evaluations, treatments, and documentation in an outpatient clinic setting.

Review and follow up on laboratory and radiology results and initiate specialist referrals when necessary.

Serve as a clinic supervisor for mid-level providers, meeting productivity standards and participating in team meetings.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, California medical license, DEA certificate, CPR certification.

Interest in serving underserved populations, FQHC experience preferred, bilingual skills a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, and lift up to 25lbs.

Use hands for object handling, control, and repetitive movements.

Visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday through Saturday, 7:30 am-6:30 pm, with occasional travel required.
