Balcrank is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to be the voice behind our products and support customer help requests with a positive, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

Translates customer purchase orders in accordance with policies and procedures; ensuring price specifications, ship date, and administrative accuracy in order to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.

Handles assigned customer accounts proactively and creatively regarding returns, credit minimums, and warranty in order to strengthen customer relationships and maximize business from each account.

Provides accurate and timely response to customers’ inquiries regarding product and sales information.

Contributes to the maintenance of customer information database through the database administrator.

Communicates the “voice of the customer" regarding quality and service concerns to management.

Maintains appropriate files according to business practices.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Minimum 2 years experience in customer service

Reliable transportation to our facility in Weaverville, NC

Ability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (day shift)

Ability to work occasional overtime, as needed

Visual ability to read, process, and input information

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge in: Ability to use computer devices

Knowledge in: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,& Access)

Knowledge in: Typing
