**Position Overview: **

As an Assembler, you will support a range of activities in a high-energy production environment putting together the final assembly to manufacture the best rail vehicles in the world.

**Responsibilities:**

Read and interpret blueprints to assemble mechanical components

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise

Utilize shop math skills to ensure accurate measurements and assembly

Perform mechanical assembly tasks according to specifications

**Qualifications:**

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Strong blueprint reading skills

Able to interpret diagrams abd schmatics

Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and equiptment

Highly Proficient with hand tools and power tools

Shop math skills

Prior experience in mechanical assembly

Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Frequently required to climb stairs, steps, and ladders

Frequently required to work on elevated platforms.

**Starting pay - $20.00/hr. (plus shift premium – 10% for 2nd shift, 20% for 3rd shift).**
