Sr. IT Developer

Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Developer! Hybrid – 3 Days In Office

Location: Cleveland Ohio

Join our team as a Senior Developer in our Shared Data Platform team! In this role, you'll collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to devise and implement technical solutions that align with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret business requirements, create functional specifications, and determine optimal technologies.

- Enhance current coding standards and explore new development techniques.

- Provide technical and process improvement recommendations.

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to plan new features and suggest solutions.

- Support the entire application lifecycle and foster a culture of innovation.

Deployment:

- Utilize strong functional knowledge in Product Information Management/Customer Information Management.

- Analyze business models and customer requirements to design Internet solutions.

- Estimate project task hours and lead brainstorming sessions.

- Collaborate with teams to ensure shared use of standard tools and processes.

- Communicate effectively through natural language and clear code.

- Manage and prioritize workload between project and maintenance tasks.

- Maintain and modify web applications, implementing approved changes.

- Provide support for critical web application problems.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in investigating production problems.

- Train and mentor other developers and facilitate team development.

- Mentor and coach developers.

- Manage projects and tasks.

- Make presentations to management and clients.

- Provide tier 2 support for critical application problems.

- Assist with other projects as required.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 5 years of IT Experience.

- Strong technical knowledge in Product Data Hub/Customer Data Hub modules.

- Experience in at least one cloud implementation.

- Experience integrating with ERP systems.

- Proficiency in Java/JavaScript-based applications and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.

- Experience working in Lean or Agile development environments preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- SoapUI or similar web service testing tools.

- jQuery/Angular/React/ADF/APEX applications.

- Oracle JET/Visual Builder Cloud services/Process Builder Cloud services.

- Version control and software configuration management tools.

- Oracle Certification.

- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.

- Experience working in enterprise development teams.

- Strong written and oral communications skills.

This position offers the flexibility to work in the office three days a week and remotely two days a week.
