Controller

Our client a family-owned company in the manufacturing industry, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Controller! This position will oversee two direct reports while managing the full accounting cycle, and implementing new processes for the company! This position starts out fully in office, but has potential to move to a hybrid work model down the road!

Oversee full accounting cycle including AR, AP, cost accounting and more

Support month end and year end processes

Documentation of processes and improvements

Monthly forecasts & budgeting

Must have strong experience in the manufacturing industry

5+ years' full cycle accounting experience

Strong process improvement experience

Strong communication skills
