At CSE, we're all about creating a positive and personalized customer experience. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic remote Customer Experience Associate to join our team part-time and deliver exceptional service to our CSE Squad. This position requires availability to work an average of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, including some holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with personalized, accurate, timely, and empathetic support via email, live chat, and social media
Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty, while maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly attitude at all times
Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer issues
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
Stay up-to-date on our products, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible service
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution rates
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in a customer service role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge of and experience with Clean Simple Eats products, Challenge, mobile app, and brand is preferred
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with Gorgias or comparable customer service software is preferred but not required
Experience with Shopify is preferred but not required
Classification: Part-time, hourly non-exempt
Salary: $20 per hour
