We are seeking HUNGRY professionals to join our team! The owner is currently restructuring the entire company planning his forthcoming exit. He has opened the books to the staff thus rewarding his long time employees and now offering max pay commission opportunities to some new professionals. We are building new sales teams where each team member will utilize his/her great skill set to work together and in conjunction with the other teams to achieve personal, team and company goals.

PAY - Skills - Teams:

Previous 5 + years experience in roofing sales or other strong sales experience will earn top commissions

IF you cannot do it all, that's NO problem. IF you are GREAT at any part of our process, we NEED your application

We will fit Entry level sales reps / pros into a team where you can learn and prosper

Are you GREAT with ANY of this: CRMs, Xactimate, door to door D2D canvassing sales, lead generation, face to face sales, QuickBooks, jobsite supervision, climbing steep roofs, meeting with insurance adjusters, production management job crew scheduling logistics

ALL company staff will share in profits with an open book where everyone utilizes their personal great skill set to help maximize profits so everyone can earn TOP pay with no caps

Low level team members will earn $50k+ per year if you provide a great skill set thus adding great value to your teamCompany Description
