Meckley Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage a wide range of projects.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on renovation work within the commercial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial renovation projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
Proactively identify and address any project risks, issues, or changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies as needed.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant paperwork.
Foster positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to commercial real estate and construction management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field desired.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in commercial project management, with a significant focus on renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Construction, Prior field experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices, regulations, and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera, etc.).
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
