Job Description

The Valet Manager is the management representative of the Valet operation. The valet manager has direct oversight of the Valet Supervisors, Drivers, and Valet Clerks on each shift. They are responsible for the operation and support of the Valet operation. The Valet Manager reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities to be performed by the Valet Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensuring customer service standards are met in a professional manner.

Ensures all valet personnel abide by all State and Company safe driving standards.

Knowledgeable in all aspects of the Valet operation.

Monitor entry and exit gates at all access points.

Ensure that all transactions are processed in a smooth and efficient manner.

Responsible for training schedules for new hires and ordering uniforms.

Responsible for ensuring daily bank deposit is completed.

Ensures adequate staffing (including call-outs) of the valet operation on respective shifts.

Responsible for maintaining communication with the Company management, Hyatt Hotel management staff and the Authority.

Responsible for facilitating contact with customer complaints and claims ensuring timely responses.

Organize and staff for events and peak times.

All other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Activity recruiting staff

Other Duties:

Overseeing Traffic directors.

Reporting and communicating with corporate office.

Marketing and representing company in this market.
