As a Retail Associate at our smoke shop, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Customer Service:

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Providing product information, recommendations, and answering inquiries.

Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

Product Knowledge:

Developing a comprehensive understanding of our products, including tobacco, smoking accessories, and related merchandise.

Staying updated on industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Merchandising:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Restocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly displayed.

Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with inventory management tasks as needed.

Compliance:

Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including age verification and tobacco sales regulations.

Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and customers.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.

Assisting with tasks delegated by management to support store operations.
