Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the Microsoft Windows environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic IT initiatives.

Technical Expertise:

Utilize in-depth knowledge of Citrix, Zscaler, and CyberArk to enhance system capabilities and security measures.

Troubleshoot complex network and system issues, employing critical thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges promptly.

Infrastructure Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze the active network and server infrastructure, implementing proactive measures to maintain high availability.

Preventative Maintenance:

Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of the Windows environment.

Security Administration:

Administer robust security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Data Management:

Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures, implementing best practices for data integrity and recovery.

Documentation:

Thoroughly document all technical procedures and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and streamline future operations.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

Proven track record as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer, with a focus on Windows environments.

Relevant college degree or equivalent work experience, including military service.

Certifications:

Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certifications demonstrating expertise in Windows administration.

Technological Proficiency:

In-depth knowledge of Citrix, Zscaler, CyberArk, Service Now, Solar Winds, and other management tools.

Familiarity with the OSI model and its application in network architecture.

Required Skills:

Deadline and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Medium to Expert Level Experience in Privileged Account Management. CyberArk is preferred; any PAM will do.

4-6 years of VMware experience

4-6 years Windows server Experience

Group Policy Administration Experience

Experience Managing SQL Servers
